(South Orange, NJ) February 28, 2001 – QTS announced its participation in Training, Inc.'s upcoming technology forum on "Demystifying the Myth of the IT Employee" on April 4, 2001 at Essex County College.  QTS President and CEO Neil Rosenberg will serve on a panel of industry experts that includes representatives from COMPTIA, Horizon Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Microsoft, the NJ Technology Council, Novell, PSE&G and other industry leading IT organizations.  The keynote speaker for the forum will be Novell's Debra Maucieri, VP of Education Administration.

Attendees of the event, which runs from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM on April 4th, will hear from leading companies in the industry and participate in-group discussions related to the issues, experiences, and approaches to hiring and retaining quality IT employees.  The expertise and solutions shared by these major organizations will benefit all those attending this forum.

"The shortage of skilled IT talent is a significant issue impacting businesses of all sizes," said Neil Rosenberg.  Mr. Rosenberg noted that the demands of business for skilled IT professionals will only continue to grow in the upcoming years, and that businesses need to start examining these needs and developing solutions today for tomorrow's staffing needs.  "That's where Training Inc. comes into play as an industry leader," noted Mr. Rosenberg.
