QTS Wins Microsoft Partner Award for East Region of USA

(Morris Plains, NJ) July 16, 2007 � Quality Technology Solutions, Inc. (QTS) today announced that it was a winner of Microsoft's USA East Region Partner Excellence Award for "Loyalty," for the entire Fiscal Year that recently ended.  The award, on behalf of the East Region SMS&P Division, recognizes QTS' performance and success with Microsoft solutions during Microsoft's "FY07" (the fiscal year spanning July 2006-June 2007).

"This award recognizes QTS' incredible drive for excellence and its commitment to customer satisfaction," noted Dave Willis, Vice-President of Microsoft's East Region within the SMS&P (Small & Mid-Market Solutions & Partners) organization.  "We are looking forward to working with QTS in the coming year to drive continued mutual success, in assisting our common customers adopt Microsoft technologies."

"QTS' awards recognize their commitment to working well with Microsoft and other partners, and QTS' commitment to delivering solutions around Microsoft technologies," observed Sarah Steiger, Area Sales Manager of Microsoft's NYNJ SMS&P District.  "QTS sets the standard locally for how Microsoft and its partners work together to serve our customers, and QTS has set the pace locally in educating customers on Microsoft's products, our strategies and roadmaps, and the tools we make available to our customers."

The Loyalty Award recognizes QTS' commitment during 2006-2007 to the pre-release Technology Adoption Program for Windows Vista and the Rapid Deployment Program for Office 2007 and SharePoint 2007.  In both cases, QTS committed significant staff resources to help Microsoft and customers test and deploy solutions based on Beta and Release Candidate product code.

"QTS' efforts this year around Vista and Office were exceptional," noted Jemima Gaussaint, Microsoft's SMS&P Partner Account Manager for New Jersey.  "They worked with four different customers, with significant investment of time and resources, to help build and deploy solutions based on Office and SharePoint, while testing and deploying Windows Vista within these organizations.  QTS' commitment to working with Microsoft, locally and nationally, is exceptional."
