QTS Wins Two Microsoft Partner Excellence Awards

(Morris Plains, NJ) February 7, 2007 � Quality Technology Solutions, Inc. (QTS) today announced that it was a winner of Microsoft's NYNJ Area Quarterly Partner Excellence Awards in two areas - Teamwork and Loyalty.  The awards, on behalf of the SMS&P team within the local Microsoft office, recognizes QTS' performance and success with Microsoft solutions during Microsoft's Second Quarter (which corresponds to Q4 of last calendar year).  The quarterly awards qualify QTS for further recognition at a national level at Microsoft's Worldwide Partner Conference this summer.

"This award recognizes QTS' incredible drive for excellence and its commitment to customer satisfaction," noted Dave Willis, Vice-President of Microsoft's East Region within the SMS&P (Small & Mid-Market Solutions & Partners) organization.  "We are looking forward to working with QTS in the coming year to drive continued mutual success, in assisting our common customers adopt Microsoft technologies."

The Teamwork Award recognizes QTS' partnership with other Microsoft partners in a win-win relationship to help Microsoft's customers build best-of-class solutions.  The Loyalty Award recognizes QTS' commitment during 2006 to the pre-release Technology Adoption Program for Windows Vista and the Rapid Deployment Program for Office 2007 and SharePoint 2007.  In both cases, QTS committed significant staff resources to help Microsoft and customers test and deploy solutions based on Beta and Release Candidate product code.
