The events are hosted by Microsoft at the local New York (Rockefeller Center) and New Jersey (Iselin) offices, and normally run from 9-12AM. Most events are run at both offices with a few weeks' time in between, so people who cannot attend at one venue due to a conflict might be able to do so at the other.
