(Morris Plains, NJ) August 21, 2006 ? Quality Technology Solutions, Inc. (QTS) today announced that it has joined Microsoft's Desktop Deployment Planning Service (DDPS) program, allowing Microsoft customers to redeem their Software Assurance DDPS vouchers with QTS for assistance in planning migrations to current and future versions of Windows and Office.

Under Microsoft's Software Assurance program, new benefits were recently added to give customers vouchers that can be redeemed for days of consulting services under the DDPS program.  DDPS vouchers, which come in units of 1, 3, 5, 10 and 15 days of consulting depending on the dollar amount of customer purchases, are redeemed with qualified/certified Microsoft Partners who deliver a structured consulting engagement based on the DDPS program, and deliverables are submitted back to Microsoft to prove completion of the engagement.

"Participating in the DDPS program was a logical step for us," noted QTS President and CEO Neil Rosenberg.  "We have been participating in the Deployment Services Partner program in the U.S. for the last year, and have refined our own version of these services with our QuikDesign for Desktop Deployment program.  Our participation in the Windows Vista Technology Adoption Program has helped us refine our expertise in this area, and we have been working with the BDD Solution Accelerator tools for some time.  Participating in this program will allow our customers to choose QTS to deliver these free services, and introduce us to new customers that we can help educate on the BDD Solution Accelerator methodology and tools."
