QTS Press Release Release Date: November 29, 2004 QTS Excels in Microsoft Customer Satisfaction Survey (Morris Plains, NJ) November 29, 2004 � Quality Technology Solutions, Inc. (QTS) today announced results from Microsoft�s recent Customer Satisfaction Survey, placing QTS within the top 5-15% of Microsoft Certified Partners nationally with over 91% of its customers �Very Satisfied.� "We're obviously very pleased with the results," noted QTS President Neil Rosenberg. "Our team works very hard to provide a high level of service to our customers, so it's nice to see the feedback and that what we are doing is working for them." The survey was conducted in October 2004, and 188 Microsoft Certified and Gold Certified Partners in the United States participated. Of these, QTS ranked in the top 5-15% bracket (exact rankings were not supplied), with a score of 188 on a scale of 0-200 (a 100-120 is viewed as "good"). Several customers also made reference to leveraging the benefits of QTS' Solutions Alliance, in which QTS referred trusted business partners to the customer, allowing the customer to benefit from that partner's focused expertise, while leveraging QTS' relationship to remove risk from the project. The surveys were submitted by QTS to all customers QTS performed Microsoft-related work for in the past twelve months, and 34 responses were provided out of 95 submissions. Survey administration and results tabulation was performed by TNS Prognostics, an independent research organization retained by Microsoft to manage the survey process. Meeting survey criteria for score results as well as quantity of responses helps QTS to maintain its status as a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, although participation in the survey was voluntary, and was limited to Certified and Gold Certified Partners (the two top tiers in the Microsoft program).
