QTS Press Release Release Date: October 25, 2004 QTS Excels in Cisco Customer Satisfaction Survey (Morris Plains, NJ) October 25, 2004 ? Quality Technology Solutions, Inc. (QTS) today announced its results from Cisco's recent customer satisfaction survey, placing QTS well above the national average and Cisco target scores for USA Cisco Premier Partners. QTS scored a 4.75 on pre-sales evaluation criteria, on a scale of 1-5 with 5.0 being the highest score and with 4.49 as the USA regional target score for Premier Partners. QTS scored a 4.84 overall post-sales score, versus a USA regional target of 4.55. "We're very pleased to see scores like this," said Neil Rosenberg, President and CEO of QTS. "Our technical and sales teams have worked very hard to be responsive and customer focused, and it's nice to see the results of that hard work reflected in feedback from our customers." The surveys were submitted to all customers QTS performed Cisco-related work for in the past twelve months. Survey administration and results tabulation was performed by Walker Information, an independent research organization retained by Cisco to manage the survey process. Meeting survey criteria for score results as well as quantity of responses was a requirement for QTS to maintain its status as a Cisco Premier Partner, based on new requirements added to this certification in the current program year.
