QTS Press Release Release Date: September 29, 2003 QTS Launches Systems Strategy Check-Up Pilot Campaign with Microsoft (Morris Plains, NJ) September 29, 2003 QTS last week launched a new customer campaign, as part of a joint pilot test with Microsoft. The campaign offers to qualifying Northern New Jersey Medium Business customers a "Systems Strategy Check-Up" - a consultation with a QTS engineer and a Microsoft representative to review how the customer is using Microsoft software, and how the customer can maximize the value from their Microsoft investment in using Microsoft solutions to support their business. The engagement is being offered at no charge to qualifying Microsoft Medium Business customers, as part of a major initiative by Microsoft to drive enhanced customer satisfaction. The half-day engagement is strategic, and focuses in on four key areas: the server platform (Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, etc.), systems management, information security and desktop productivity (Office, SharePoint, Microsoft Business Solutions and related areas including knowledge worker productivity and data mining). According to QTS President and CEO Neil Rosenberg, QTS was chosen by Microsoft as the New Jersey partner to help build and roll out the offering during this pilot phase, due to QTS' close working relationship with the local Microsoft office and QTS' strategic vantage point. "QTS maintains a broad and comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft solutions, and our close partnerships with other best-of-class partners like Econium and AKA Enterprise Solutions allows us to deliver complete and integrated solutions," noted Rosenberg.
