QTS Press Release Release Date: January 20, 2003 QTS Relocates Corporate Offices to Morris Plains (South Orange, NJ) January 20, 2003 – Quality Technology Solutions, Inc. (�QTS�) today announced its relocation to new corporate offices on the second floor of 201 Littleton Road in Morris Plains, NJ. The new space is optimized for QTS' current business model. Within its Customer Support Center, the space includes an expanded Security & Network Operations Center ("SNOC") to facilitate QTS' popular QuikAlert� Network Monitoring service as well as its new QuikSecure� Assisted Security Management service. The space also includes meeting rooms, technical lab and build space and a large event room for QTS' educational seminars and customer events. "We're very pleased with how well the space meets our needs," noted QTS Vice-President Christine Bongard. "The move allows us to more efficiently use our space and gives room for years of growth, and increases the efficiency of our staff when they're in the office here at QTS. Morris Plains is a great location for us, as well, since we're positioned within minutes of Routes 10, 287, 24, 46 and 80 - so we can get anywhere in New Jersey quickly, and we're still on the train line to New York City." QTS President Neil Rosenberg also noted the centralized location and quick highway access as a benefit, and added that the new space was more customer friendly based on availability of parking and its being easy to get to. For the eleven years prior to moving into this new office space, QTS occupied space in South Orange.
