(South Orange, NJ) August 26, 2002 – QTS today announced that it has been named Medium Enterprise Partner of the Year by Microsoft's New Jersey District.  This announcement comes less than two months after QTS was named a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner for Security Solutions, only the 11th in the U.S. and the 25th worldwide, and the only one in the NJ/NY District.  The award recognizes the organization who has partnered the most effectively with the Microsoft Medium Enterprise team, which serves businesses with between 50-500 computers or users.

Ed Veth, Microsoft Partner Development Manager for the Medium Enterprise Team for New York and New Jersey stated "QTS has been our lead partner in the sales and support of Medium Enterprise business for Microsoft.  Over the past year, QTS has proven their skills around Microsoft technologies and continues to deliver leading edge solutions in the New Jersey District.  Partnering with QTS is a win for Microsoft and our customers."

Rosenberg noted that during the past year, Microsoft's engagement with QTS has included joint business development and marketing activities, technical training and knowledge transfer to QTS' engineering staff, numerous customer events and communications, and joint product development.  Specifically, QTS developed its Software Asset Management offering and its QuikDesign Active Directory Design Service with assistance and input from Microsoft, and is currently working with Microsoft Consulting Services to bring Microsoft's security best practices to the mid-market under QTS' QuikSecure branding.
