QTS Announces QuikCheckup Service for Novell NetWare and Microsoft Windows NT/2000 Servers

South Orange, NJ, September 28, 2001 - Quality Technology Solutions, Inc. (“QTS”) today announced its QuikCheckup™ service for proactive server health checkups and performance tuning.  QuikCheckup offerings now include Novell NetWare 4.x and 5.x servers and Microsoft Windows NT and 2000 servers, with future offerings planned for the three major email systems, Microsoft SQL Server and for firewall, intrusion detection and antivirus systems.

“QTS has been providing network management services for a very long time, as part of our Worry Free Networking strategy," noted Neil Rosenberg, President and CEO of QTS.  “This offering is different from our QuikAlert™ offering, and builds upon it, in that QuikAlert is a daily monitoring service to catch specific problems as they develop.  QuikCheckup can be used on top of QuikAlert to do performance tuning and a more in depth review, on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis.”

QTS QuikCheckup services are priced per server, with discounts when customers purchase quarterly or monthly commitments.  Discounts are also available to QuikAlert customers.
