December 21, 1998 QTS RELOCATES TO EXPANDED FACILITIES IN SOUTH ORANGE (South Orange, NJ) December 21, 1998 Quality Technology Solutions, Inc. has taken 6,500 square feet of professional office space on the third floor of the 76 South Orange Avenue building. The new expanded space will include a dedicated Customer Support Center, two training rooms, a network build area and employee offices. QTS has experienced significant growth through its seven years in business and is now one of New Jerseys premier systems integration companies. The new QTS Customer Support Center uses advanced technology and technical databases to provide top level technical support to QTS customers nationwide. The center is staffed with experienced technicians who can troubleshoot Novell and Microsoft networking problems by phone, modem or onsite visits. When the technology permits remote troubleshooting, clients under QTS QuikAlert Remote Management Service benefit from quicker resolution and lower technical support costs. QTS utilizes a call tracking system to track and manage technical support calls and to "institutionalize" knowledge of technical problems and customer-specific issues. The two training rooms feature all new, state-of-the-art desktop systems. The first group of trainees in the new facilities reported that the new "very comfortable chairs" were the big draw. Each training room is intentionally limited to 8 trainees to allow for individual attention for each student. QTS trains its clients employees on a variety of classes including Microsoft Word/Office, WordPerfect, DOCS Open, Time Matters, GroupWise and Lotus Notes. The training is typically done in conjunction with an upgrade of a software package or network system. QTS uses a "task oriented" training approach to customize lessons to the needs of each client, and its cutover methodology minimizes disruption to a clients business operations during the transition. QTS was founded in 1992 by Neil Rosenberg, its President and CEO. The company integrates computer hardware, software and advanced technologies within Novell and Microsoft network environments. QTS serves a wide range of businesses of all sizes. Its primary base of clients consists of law firms in the New Jersey and New York City area.
