Quikstart Engagements

QTS QuikStart™ engagements combine a best practices "production pilot" deployment with strong knowledge transfer and process integration, allowing the IT team to fully understand the product and take ownership of rolling it out to their systems, and leverage the technology.

The core engagements, typically 3, 5 or 7 days, combined with optional add-on services, allow for different levels of implementation and assistance, while matching different budget levels.  QTS can fully deploy all functionality, or just the most important elements, depending on your needs and budget.

We work side by side with your team to install and configure the technology, answering questions and transferring knowledge through all phases of the engagement.  This also facilities your staff taking over ownership of the solution after the engagement.

QTS QuikStart™ engagements are fixed cost, fixed scope — so you can choose an engagement level and options, and later add days or components as you start to gain value from the solution, or if your needs and budget change.  Post-project support and enhancements can be added on a T&M basis or through our QuikAssist™ support program.
