QTS offers a broad range of Systems Management solutions to help customers maximize the uptime and availability of their systems.  Many of these services can be delivered in a Knowledge Transfer capacity leveraging QTS' QuikStart™ engagement methodology.

Our Systems Management practice revolves around the following management technologies:

  • Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (formerly "SMS"): QTS configures SCCM to allow medium business and enterprise customers to improve the consistency of their desktop environment, and their management control over their systems.  Microsoft SCCM provides hardware and software inventory, remote control, software distribution, patch management and operating system imaging and distribution, allowing for a Zero Touch deployment methodology.
  • Microsoft System Center Operations Manager ("MOM"): QTS configures SCOM to allow customers to proactively monitor and manage their server environments, catching problems before they cause downtime or performance problems.  SCOM can be extended to cover other Microsoft and non-Microsoft products using Management Packs.
  • Microsoft System Center Service Manager: QTS configures SCSM to provide customers with an integrated solution for Help Desk/Incident Management, including integrated Knowledge Management and User Self-Service capabilities, and Change Management.  SCSM can be integrated with SCOM and SCSM to provide a robust, integrated systems management solution;
  • Citrix EdgeSight: QTS can implement EdgeSight to help manage your desktop systems and XenApp Servers.  EdgeSight collects performance information and key system metrics to assist with the troubleshooting process and proactive management of your systems and performance.

QTS also strategically leverages third party software solutions from partners such as Quest Software and SolarWinds to enhance these offerings, and offers Cloud-based Application Performance Monitoring via AppFirst.
