We provide our technical, and non-technical, staff with training opportunities to expand strengths and build new ones, and believe in cross-training to broaden employees’ exposure to the business and the market. Staff development is critical, since as a network integrator, our people are our product. Q: How does QTS' size compare to other network integration companies? A: With a staff of 20 employees, we’re larger than most network integrators and have operated as a strong local company. Our size is small enough to have close relationships with our staff, our customers and our partners. This is a strength, as we have the flexibility and focus of a small business, combined with the structure and market presence of a large company.
