Coordinator Department: Customer Services Summary Description: The Service Coordinator is responsible for assisting QTS management in business development, both with current and new customers, and for assisting with current account service coordination. This includes inside sales activities and ongoing follow-up to develop new business, some sales support to assist with new customer development, and assisting with service coordination, scheduling and customer follow-up with QTS? customers, to ensure consistent customer satisfaction and quality of service. This position is a high-profile growth opportunity that demands a technically oriented, highly motivated individual with customer interaction, communications and organizational skills who is eager to learn and become part of a rapidly-growing aggressive systems integration company.Principal Responsibilities:
? Provide day-to-day scheduling and coordination of account service as directed by the Vice-President. This includes assisting the Vice-President with customer interaction and follow-up, including scheduling of technicians for service and projects, issue tracking, customer follow-up to verify satisfaction and confirm closure on open issues, and other logistical support. ? Serve as the account manager for designated current customers, selling solutions and services to meet sales goals and contribute to company profitability. This includes ongoing account service and management, development of new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams. Follow-up with customers on a regular basis, to maintain the relationship, solicit feedback and referrals, identify new sales opportunities and to drive customer satisfaction. ? Provide administrative and operational support to the President, including proposal follow-up, product quotes, proposal/purchase agreement preparation, account/job setup, tracking of renewals and follow-ups, QuikAssist/QuikAlert/QuikSecure renewal management, tracking of administrative activities and other inside sales activities. Complete all sales paperwork promptly, thoroughly and accurately, to ensure company profitability and maximize our ability to deliver a high-quality solution and minimize potential problems or issues in service delivery or invoicing. This includes purchase agreements, job sheets, sales reports and other required information and forms. ? Maintain all sales and service resources and databases such that they are kept up to date and accurate, and perform database update and refinement projects as directed. This includes the master CRM Database, and any other designated sales resources and systems. ? Effectively communicate with QTS? prospects, QTS? clients and QTS? staff. Build a good working relationship with the customer, ensure an understanding of the customer?s needs and objectives, and approach decisions as a partnership with the customer. Follow QTS internal communications guidelines and workflows. ? Follow QTS procedures to perform sales functions in an organized, effective manner to ensure customers perceive QTS to be thorough, well-prepared and punctual. Take ownership of issues and show professionalism and control. ? Develop and maintain a broad background in QTS? core technology offerings, to ensure the ability to design customer solutions and close sales opportunities as independently as possible. Adapt to and quickly learn new technologies and products. ? Implement projects as assigned by the Vice-President and President. Qualifications: ? Bachelors Degree is required, in a technical or liberal arts discipline. ? 1+ years? inside sales and/or service coordination experience is preferred. ? Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet goals is required. This includes strong organizational skills and attention to detail. ? Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, are required. This includes strong telephone skills and personality, for telemarketing activities. ? Good general background with computer networking concepts and products is preferred. Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and learn products at a high level is required.
