Note: The Job Description for Senior Systems Engineer is identical to Senior Systems Specialist, with the exception that the Engineer position requires Microsoft MCSE Certification.

The Senior Systems Specialist is principally responsible for installing LANs and networking technologies for QTS’ clients, and training and supporting clients and their networks. The Senior Systems Specialist configures the equipment and software to meet client business needs, trains the customer on the solution, and documents the solution for ongoing support. The Senior Systems Specialist can function as part of or lead an implementation team on larger projects, or individually provides the services on support visits or smaller projects. The Senior Systems Specialist may also provide technical support to the sales staff and assist with the design of LAN-based solutions.
