QuikAlert Daily Monitoring ServiceUnder the QuikAlert Daily Monitoring Service, QTS receives network management alerts at our SNMP Management console and other management stations, and sends you a daily Network Condition Report and Network Health Report summarizing these alerts to show you (1) status on network health, including whether your backups were successful and whether any viruses were detected in the last 24 hours, and (2) a summary of any noteworthy network alarms, and suggested action steps. QTS responds to critical alerts in real-time, when preauthorized by you, under QuikAssist response time guarantees. Non-critical alerts will be logged and reacted to as authorized. Support charges are deducted from your QuikAssist time block, and discounted by 50% when our work can be done remotely, without time constraints (proactive service). QuikAlert Checkup Remote Management Services With QuikAlert Checkup Remote Management Services, a QTS product expert performs a bi-weekly review of your application servers for performance, health and optimization, for a specific product.
