Our Proven Approach QTS’ well-documented and proven approach to network integration is standards-based and results-focused. For each core QTS product, we have a "QTS methodology" of building and configuring the product, ensuring consistency, quality and supportability for the work we do. In these days of increasing complexity and with more and more product compatibility issues, this provides us with an extra edge to deliver quality service. Our approach also helps ensure the ability to cross-train our staff, building depth and helping to ensure quality, responsive service and support. Conversions & Upgrades Conversions from older network environments to new ones are our specialty. We apply a well-tested methodology we’ve developed over the years, to minimize the disruption of such a major transition. We start with a review of your current network, to account for and neutralize potential issues before they become problems. We perform the actual migration, to a newly built and thoroughly tested Compaq file server running NetWare or Windows 2003, over a weekend, migrating your data and programs to the new server(s). We put significant effort into carefully testing your programs and computers to ensure everything works on the new system as it did on the old one.
