Management Biographies Neil A. Rosenberg
Neil Rosenberg has been leading QTS and providing strategic direction for
QTS and its customers for over 16 years.
With over 20 years of industry experience across a wide range of
technologies and industries, Mr. Rosenberg is an expert at assessing a
customer?s business and technology needs, and identifying an appropriate IT
solution and strategy to solve the customer?s problem.
Mr. Rosenberg?s strong experience in project and transition
management is a critical factor that he brings to QTS and to its clients.
Mr. Rosenberg holds technical certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, Symantec
and other vendors, as well as the vendor independent CISSP certification,
and consulting certifications from VMware, NetApp, Citrix, Symantec, Cisco
and others, demonstrating a solid foundation of technical skills to
complement his management background. Mr. Rosenberg has presented on
various topics at the NJ State Bar Convention, LegalTech, the NY State
Society of CPAs, New Jersey iTech, the Newark Technology Group, and at
numerous Microsoft seminars and other forums.
Mr. Rosenberg also brings to QTS his background as an attorney and a member
of the New Jersey Bar. Mr. Rosenberg graduated from Rutgers College with
honors in History and English, and then Rutgers Law School.
Mr. Rosenberg is a regular speaker on technology integration and
security. He is also a published author of numerous articles,
including a six article series in the Trusted Professional (the newsletter
of the New York State Society of CPAs) and articles in 2002, 2005, 2006,
2007 and 2008 for the New Jersey State Society of CPAs' magazine, New Jersey
CPA.
Prior to founding QTS, Mr. Rosenberg worked for seven years at Blue Cross
and Blue Shield of New Jersey in the Contract Development Department and
Legal Division, first as a Contract Analyst and subsequently as its Manager
of Projects & Automation. In these capacities, he gradually transformed the
division from an effort-intensive, paper-bound operation to an efficient,
high-technology organization using leading edge technologies. In July 2005, Mr. Rosenberg was chosen by Microsoft to introduce Andy Lees, VP of Server Tools & Marketing, at the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference in Minneapolis. Click here to view the introduction. |
